How do you Get rid of fleas??

Bombed the house and washed everything possible with hot water. And they're back. Getting bit like crazy. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and our dog unfortunately passed around a month ago and we still have them..ugh. any ideas or suggestions?

Since you live in an apartment it's possible you're neighbors are infested and they're traveling. It's also possible that the grounds are infested and the fleas are hitching a ride on your pants/shoes and into your carpet fibers and fibers of your blankets, sheets, etc.

Spray a 50/50 solution of Apple Cider Vinegar and water everywhere.

We had a pest solution place come in. Took two attempts as they lay eggs and those eggs hatch a few weeks later. Vacuum daily.

I've used borax (the detergent) and sprinkled it on everything.  Leave the house for a couple hours and come back and vacuum it up.  Something about the chemical dries out the exoskeleton and eggs that may be laid in the carpets.

I'm unsure if they have a smaller jar available. This took care of it for me after bombing did not help. It's a powder that you sprinkle into the carpet after vacuuming. It sticks to the fibers and lasts up to a year.

Certain animal clinics carry a spray that works.

Your landlord may be responsible for taking care of it. I would ask. BUT if they started in your apt  and spread to others,  you might be responsible for paying for clearing them out. This just happened to my friend. His cats brought them in, they spread to the apts on either side of him, he had to pay for the exterminator for all three. Check your lease. It might be worth it to pay for a Professional.
