Any advice?

Almost a week after i found out I was pregnant, I was obviously nervous and it hadn't hit me that I was carrying a little blessing! But I feel as though I have lost almost all my motivation to go to work or get out of bed. My boyfriend is very supportive and tries to help any way he can to uplift my spirits. But more often than not I'm in a down mood. I still do go to work when I Can, but I feel very blue. I have an appointment with my doc in a week or so and I'm going to be bringing this up but any advice that might help this FTM in the mean time? Maybe meal plans or sleep schedules or something?
