Breastfeeding after nicu stay

So i plan to ONLY breastfeed when my baby arrives.... But heres the thing he has gastroschisis which means he is going to be born with some of his intestines outside of his stomach. Easy fix but could result in a long NICU you stay best case he is only in for 1 month worst case up to 4 months. He wont be able to take my boob until he can come home with me. Because they have to monitor how much food he is taking when he can have food wich wont even be until the 2nd week of life. Hell need iv fluid until his insides are back inside.... Ugh i know this is confusing for people reading but my question is how can i make sure to keep my milk supply im sooooooo scared i wont be able yo breastfeed once hes home:(( idk i just need some advice i dread having to use formula and i guess worse case i bottle feed him my breastmilk but i still really want to breastfeed.
