help me please

I need your help!! I am a teacher off for the summer and mentally struggling big time right now. I just got married about two weeks ago and have my best friend at my side. Life should be the greatest thing ever but it isn't that way. Right now money is tight from paying for our own wedding, so I feel like I can't do my share. Plus, he has a higher sex drive then I do so I feel I can't even provide in the bedroom like he would like. Feeling like I am failing as a wife two weeks in. Please help me out in any way you can.
