curious 🤔🤔🤔

So originally Glow predicted AF to start on the 8th with the 25th(of May) being OV day. Well no AF so I deleted the prediction and it pushed it to today and OV to the 27th. Well no AF today so I deleted it again and it pushed AF to the 12th and OV to the 29th. We BD on the 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st and the 1st. Has anyone gone through this and it be correct with the adjusted OV date? I tested today and got a bfn this morning. Wondering if it is because my OV was later or I'm out :/ I feel like even with adjustments and the original OV date that we BD within my fertile window...
