3 days worth of very positive ovulation tests?

So ive had 3 days worth of very very positive ovulation tests. The first was easily positive, line darker than the control line, but now they are so positive the control line is very faint due to all the dye being put into the test line. We have been having sex lot lately. Im just confused because most women i see they have one or two very positive tests the same day and then they go back down. Why is my LH level staying so high? Its been 3 days since my first positive. Should i keep testing till it goes down? Dont want to waste ovulation tests (i use the FR tests so they are more expensive) if ive already ovulated. HELP PLEASE
