the patch? 🤔

Question

Hi guys! So I've been taking the birth control pill zarah for 2-3 years now to regulate my period. But I've been thinking about trying the patch. Before I got on the pill my previous doctor recommended the patch but I wasn't sure. It seems like the only other option I would be comfortable with at the moment other than the pill.
So my questions are...

Can you put it on the side of your butt/hip?

Can it help regulate periods?

Can you skip your period on it like the pill?

Can you feel it?
Also wanted to ask can I swim with one on?

I place mine on the inside of my hips/ front side, or under my shoulder blade, always alternate sides. 
Yes it regulates periods, I change mine every Wednesday and I get my period the Friday of my off week.
 Yes you can skip your period. No you can't feel it, it's similar to a bandaid once your used to it, you forget it's there.
And yes you can swim with them, though I usually end up putting a thin waterproof plastic-y bandaid over mine just to be sure because sometimes they don't always stick the best.
My advice is when applying, use the plastic from the package and rub the patch for 10-20 seconds just to warm it up and help it adhere stronger!

I usually put it on my arm I've never put it anywhere else. Yes it regulates them, I went from a 44-60 down to 28. I hardly feel mine unless someone touches it.
