spotting after MC?

So its been A lil over 4 weeks since I stopped bleeding after my miscarriage. I have light cramping/ pelvis pain alternating sides but mostly left side every other day if not everyday but I assume that it's just my period approaching. But Still no aunt flow 🙄. Had sex on the 7th,I think it was a lil too rough as I felt like my cervix was sore for a few days. Had sex again late last night,woke up to pink spotting. I've only been to my primary care physician since the miscarriage. Should I see a gynecologist? I'm starting to worry
