Any tips on how to insert progesterone pills vaginally?

I found out my cervix was thinning at 21 weeks so my doctor put me on progesterone to keep my cervix closed and high. I have to insert them vaginally and I'm not sure exactly how to insert them without fear of it falling out or not working?

I was on progesterone for all of my first trimester.  Just use your finger and push it high up. You'll want to wear a pad or liner because it does leak. Don't worry about that though, that's what it is supposed to do and it is working.

I was told to use mine at bedtime so it didn't leak as much. So I got ready for bed, put it in, washed my hands, and went straight  to bed. Wear a pantyliner.
