What were your babies first symptoms

Of teething!? And about what time did they start. I think my LO is, I can kinda see them and he keeps rubbing his face, super fussy, wakes up all night, wakes up from naps still tired and I have to put him back to sleep, rejecting food, drooling everywhere, and eating his hands. Would Tylenol before bed maybe help? I don't want him suffering.
