UTI & BLEEDING!!! help!!!

TMI PICTURE!!!! Im desperately seeking some advice!!! I think I have a UTI... I have all the symptoms so I made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. BUT i just had a horrible pain my lower back and I went pee to see if it would help. After I wiped I saw this... I am freaking out and in a lot of pain. Should I go to the ER or try to wait it out? Is it normal to bleed while having a UTI? ***i am not on my period & I have recently had unprotected sex. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
