Heartburn 🔥❤🔥

Anybody else get ridiculous heartburn on their periods? Like I know heartburn during pregnancy is common but what about on your period? Cause trust me, since the closest I've ever been to a man is a friendly side-hug, and the fact that there's a red waterfall coming out of my nether regions, I'm definitely not pregnant. Any tips beside surviving on antacid alone? My roommates made pasta and brownies and red wine for dinner the other night, its torture haha
