can anyone relate?

I've been having my regular period, but my mom (& my ex's mom) has been saying that I'm pregnant.. I've been taking a pregnancy test for them every month for the past 3 months & they all came back negative! Well in 5/31/17 (exactly 7 days after my period ended) I was experiencing some stomach problems & fever, I just brushed it off thinking it was a 24hr stomach virus. That night I was vomiting & everything stopped when I started spotting. The next day I was experiencing nausea & I was still spotting. I went to the hospital & nothing, they told me everything was fine with me.  he spotting continued for 4 days. After 4 days it stopped, but 2 days later I starting spotting pink, but it was only on the tissue when I wiped. My mom is still telling I'm pregnant & she's been saying that my stomach looks about 3 months.. Can some explain to me what's going on? Bc I've been having this nonstop headache, back pain, this tightening feeling in my stomach & side, a little sharp pain in my nipples, & my attitude is changing towards the people I love..
