I'm in my early stages of pregnancy. I was originally pregnant y with twins but had lost one and because of that I was out of work for a week. I had only spoken to management about it and had asked them to keep my situation strictly between management.

Needless to say, my pregnancy got around to other associates and it's bothering me. Isn't this against some form of privacy law in the workplace? I don't know how to approach this...
