damm cramps !!!
Soo in February I had surgery to remove a cyst from my ovary ! And I am on the pill so now I get my periods every 3 months ....
I have endometriosis too !!!
so the pain is so bad I also have a pacemaker fitted too .... so now no strong pain killers I am at my witts ends !!!! Any ideas to help ease the pains without pain meds ?
