Could it be a cold sore? If anyone is prone to them and kiss a baby it can take anywhere on their body :/ please update us I hope it is nothing serious

***he is going in tomorro morning to see dr. In person. 
Symptoms: mon-wed. Mild fever 99-100 
Mon: sore gums 
Tues: he got a new tooth gum are very red have a small sore. Drooling like crazy   
Wed. Tiney Blisters on his chin and weird scab rash on his back. 
Thusday: chin blister seem to be healing

Thank you everyone. I put antibacterial and keeping it clean and covered. Definitely want it looked at dr. Didn't seem that worried and said if he got worse call. Not going to wait I'd rather know for sure than it be a staph infection or something just sitting getting worse.

When my daughter and niece had HF&M, it didn't look like that, but it could have a different reaction on each kid. I'd get them into the Dr asap, maybe even an urgent care if they can't get you in until tomorrow
