Birth control

If a girl lies about birth control to get pregnant on a one night stand, should the father have to pay? I think it's up to both to be protected but if a man was to have sex and take the condom off he would get called some names and she could do what she wants and have an abortion if she pleases but a man has no choice in the situation. I think if that's the case, the man doesn't want the baby then he shouldn't have to pay or raise the baby.
