Got a BFP today after a long two week wait and over a year of trying! I have one daughter who turned two in April and was a happy surprise after trying more than 3 years last time.
​I have PCOS and decided to be more aggressive about fertility treatment this time around. After trying for 6 or 7 months, I started Femara 2.5mg unmonitored, but had no luck after 3 cycles. So I went on to the RE specialist. This was our first cycle of Femara 5mg with monitoring and trigger shot / timed intercourse, so I'm thrilled with this result! I had two follicles on the day 12 scan.
​I'm excited but trying not to get too ahead of myself. I know very well how an early positive test can end up in an MC/ chemical pregnancy. But I'm hoping and praying that this one will be sticky! Good luck to all of you!
