Can someone explain the babies r us rewards system?

Okay so, I've been buying literally all of my baby stuff from babies r us. I got a rewards card at my first visit and have used it religiously, bought a ton of furniture and stuff and racked up a ton of points. I had 1285 points, and to my understanding, 125 points= $5 rewards cash. I checked my rewards balance about 2 weeks ago and saw that my points had dropped to 787 points with 242 points pending, but had been given $20 rewards cash. I used the $20 a few days ago and it now says $0 rewards cash, 787 points and 240 points pending? How long do the pending points take? Will I get more rewards cash? I just do not understand their rewards set up at all. Screenshot for reference.
