2% Morphology Success Story
I have been wanting to share my story with people who might be struggling with the same thing. My husband and I tried conceiving for over a year and when we became frustrated we saw a fertility specialist. All tests came back clear for me but my husband's sperm results came back with 2% morphology. After lots of research and discussion we realized that morphology is not easy to change and makes it very difficult to conceive naturally.
I was scheduled for an HSG as our last test, and after that came back clear we stopped tracking my cycle and figured we wouldn't be able to conceive the way we thought. In an interesting turn of events, I ended up getting pregnant after the HSG.
We talked with our fertility doctor about this and she mentioned that we aren't the first couple that has conceived after this procedure. I'm still not sure if the HSG helped with conceiving or if it was a complete miracle. Either way, I wanted to share my story with couples that are feeling low and might be going through the same thing!
