confused.

Well a little over a week ago my boyfriend, well now ex boyfriend broke up with me. And we just signed a year lease. I'm confused by his actions. We still sleep in the same bed. Some days it's like we never broke up and other days it's awkward between us. He refuses to move out. He says he's staying to help me pay for things. But I pay 90% of the bills myself. Yes we still do have sex. I asked him today why he refuses to leave and his response was "stop asking questions please I'm not leaving". Someone help or someone else's opinion please.
