Previous twins, now pregnant. So am I ....

4W4D and I just found out we're pregnant again! We've already have 19 mo twins. So, possibly a really dumb question, but, do I consider myself a second time mom because this is my second pregnancy or a third time mom because I'm already blessed with two little ones?? Thanks! :-)
