stillborn?

I've heard of woman having children that were stillborn but I Was just wondering how this happens?

My son Greyson was born a angle at 34 and half weeks a month ago 3-15-19 and they had me do a vaginal birth. I found out he passed the 13 and they had to ripen my cervix which took not a day and half and then Induce me. They found a blood clot in the umbilical cord but no reason for the blood clot.

The baby dies sometimes for no reason that's noticeable & they give birth to it it's very rare someone in this day & age gives birth to a stillborn when the baby was alive when going into labor because if there was enough distress a c section would have been done
