plan b bleeding? help!!

I've had protected sex last week but there's a chance some might've leaked out. 2 days ago I had unprotected & I'm getting a plan b today. I know that IF I'm pregnant, taking a plan b won't change anything but if by a chance I was, will I still bleed after taking it? I don't know if I am, I'm only taking it because of the unprotected sex I had 2 days ago so...
