Orgasm

I can only orgasm with a vibrator and I use an electric tooth brush cause I'm 14 and have no access to buy a vibrator. but my electric tooth brush keeps irritating my clit and it's really big and really hurts and really red. I know it's weird but can someone tell me if it is normal for it to be in bad pain from tooth brush.
