Ruined sex drive

Me and my husband have been together for 11 years, but only married for 4 years. Before we were married he used to perform oral on me. Now he says he feels weird doing it and does not like it because I have a big clitoris. I have always had one and he used to suck it just fine but for the past 3 years I only get 2 mins of oral on my b day and Christmas. What do I do? I give him oral everytime but I not getting anything in return, no boob action at all. It's just me giving oral and then we have sex! And the sex is mediocre. What do I do?
