Watery White discharge.

So I am on CD 40 and no AF as of yet. My cycles have been between 30-37 days except for this month since being off bc (have been off bc for 8-9 months) I took a test bfn. I have a lot white watery cm I know this isn't an indicator of pregnancy but I'm trying to figure out what's going on or if anyone else has gone through this and what happened. I have been stressed recently so I'm thinking I might have been stressed to the point where the period is skipped. Anyone else been going through this? I'm emotional as if it's pms but I don't really have any signs that it's coming 😩.
