Did u conceive ? With count less than 2mil

Partner was born with both of his tesicals undesened his had two s /a s one was 2 years ago and the other was this month first test was 2count with 22% mobility 2nd was less than 2mil and low mobility I'm asking because my fertility doctor sed problem is him not you and ur need ivf he hasn't even been to see the urologist yet ...so how would she know ?
