normal?

My period ended last week. Three days ago my boyfriend and I didn't use a condom and he did a few strokes in me before I got enough self control to stop. I took a plan b just to be on the safe side but now it burns when I pee( which I'm doing frequently all of a sudden??) and when I wipe this comes off. Normal or should I go to the gynecologist?
