everytime i workout i wanna throw up??! 😳😨

is this normal ??? i workout 2 times a week , i throw up almost everytime i do and don't even workout hardcore, just run and do squats with the bars.... 😫is this normal? some girl came up to me and said it's not normal (since she noticed i was going to the bathroom a lot at the gym) im not even overweight or anything
