Dreams of multiples

Hello all!

18weeks here, my first ultrasound will be thursday!:)

I have officially had 3 dreams of twins... And last night I drempt thay we went to the ultrasound and there was 3 babies in there! This paired with my early showing (fist baby), high hcg, and family history has me pretty excited. We would LOVE twins.

That being said, we have barely heard one heart beat on doppler each time. Our midwife even said I have been one of the most difficult finds each time

If theres twins wouldnt we have heard double heart rates by now?

And also, has anybody had dreams of multiples before? Did you end up pregnant with one or more?
