pregnant with iud, what's chance of miscarriage?

I will can only assume I will be 5 weeks tomorrow given the date of my last period, and I go Monday for blood work and skyla iud removal. I have read different things... has anyone had this happen and didn't miscarry at 5 weeks getting iud removed. I am so scared something will happen to the baby when I get the iud removed

I got pregnant with the IUD and I was advised not to have mine removed as at the time (9/10 weeks) they told me it could cause more problems than not. I'm now 30 weeks pregnant and continually monitored.
