Sharp Vaginal Pain

I am 11 months PP with my daughter who was delivered by C-section. I had my Nexplanon implant removed on April 25th. My LMP was May 14th. I have taken multiple tests since my period has been late, and they all were BFNs. All day yesterday and today I have had sharp, knife-like pains shooting down the right side of my vagina. I would say they last for a few seconds and it happens about once every 1 or 2 hours. Is this normal? It has begun happening out of nowhere.
