I dont want hate I just want legit information cause I dont know.

When someone says they are transgender, were they born with both parts? And if so do they both work?

And also just saw a post from someone who says they are a transgender male, they looked like a complete male but they said they had 2 babies a few years ago. So were they born female?

Im really just wanting to know. I feel like Im really uneducated and half the time I feel like I cant ask without being hated on.
