After Birth Pains
Hi all, I had my son on Saturday (2 days ago) and ever since I've had the WORST after birth pains. They're almost as bad as my labour pains. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to control the pain? When I touch my lower abdomen it's rock hard, especially when I get the pains.
