I think he bashes a lot of people but specifically Obama because a major part of Trumps campaign was that he was going to change all the things that Obama did. Opinions on Trump aside, I think it's prettty typical and to be expected when the opposite party wins the presidency. I think Bush was a pretty common topic in the last 8 years, for example.
