is 600 much of folate enough?
I'm taking a prenatal with 600 mcg of folate. Originally I did all this research and found a vitamin with all natural ingredients that I can tolerate now I'm paranoid that 600mcg isn't enough. I'm in my 6th week and can't get near vegetables so I'm not getting much more folate from my diet. I'm really scared, did I screw up?
