face rash?

Does anyone know what this could be? I'm 17 weeks pregnant and woke up with this today. I have been bit by mosquitoes and I did get a little sunburnt. I can't see my doctor yet because I am on vacation but decided to leave early because it is pretty painful and itchy. Could it be from the sun? An allergic reaction?
