Needing some reassurance

I had sex maybe like a week ago. It was protected with a condom and everything went fine. It's just I'm freaking myself out becuz usually we combine the pull out method and a condom for extra protection but this time it was only the condom part, so I'm freaking myself thinking about all the possible things that could have gone wrong. So I'm just asking for a little reassurance that I'm most likely gonna be fine. Side note: my period isn't late or anything like that and I do really want to be on birth control I researched and want the patch but my mom will not allow me to go on birth control and I haven't figured out how to get it without her knowing yet
