I need help!

My little girl will be 9 months on the 7th. She has 6 teeth and one just cut through. For weeks now she has been hysterical from 2pm-8pm when I finally get her to sleep. She went from having naps every two hours to now only having one good nap around 11am. For a while I thought she was sick since she was throwing up but I took her to the doctor and they said nothing's wrong. I have tried almost everything to calm her down. She screams no matter what I do. She wants to play with the blinds and that calms her but I don't let her do it since it's dangerous. But no matter how hard I try she wants to get into stuff she's not suppose to and cries harder!!!!! So I'm at my wits end! Tylonal and Motrin doesn't help she's not hungry, I change her diaper so it's not that! I just don't know what else to do. We don't have a lot of money to spend on amber necklaces, tethers don't phase her, and she doesn't care for frozen baby food. She sleeps like crap at night and that's not normal either. What do I do? This hasn't happened on any of her other teeth and that includes the 3 top teeth she was cutting all at once!
