nipples

A little tmi I guess, but I've always experienced breast soreness about a week or two before my period until the day I start, but I'm currently experiencing another symptom I've never noticed. Does anyone else get sore/hard nipples during pms? I'm 13 and a virgin so I'm not pregnant but my period has been irregular lately so I'm trying to figure out if I'm gonna start. Thanks
