Endometriosis?

Question

So my friend says when she has sex with her bf and he goes deep it's really painful. Her mom has endometriosis and she thinks she might have that too. Any ideas?

I do have endometriosis and have this happen to me too occasionally...however I know many women who have this issue that have never mentioned or been diagnosed with endometriosis. For your friend, some of my other symptoms include very painful cramps during my period... like bring me to my knees cramps even with a ton of ibuprofen on board... to the point where I have literally sat down on the floor in the grocery store because I thought I might faint from the pain cramps... I also tend to feel EXTREMELY bloated between ovulation and the start of my period. I really never put two and two together though until I had a ovarian cyst removed and my doctor told me I had some endometriosis in there as well. But not everyone has the same symptoms at all... I've heard of some women having severe cases with barely any symptoms and vice versa (like in my case) mild cases with crazy symptoms. I hope this helps!

Very possible. My mom had endometriosis, so dis I and my younger sister. My sissy and I both had surgery. ( mine was 9 yrs ago and hers was earlier this year ) We both experienced pain during intercourse as a symptom.... mine started as a small pain and with time developed into horrible pain....at that point I had to have a surgery. Also, we both experienced painful periods. Please advise your friend to get checked out, if not properly treated endometriosis can make serious damage to the ovaries.
