tampons!!!!!

Tampons are lifesavers but it is a total bitch changing them out without getting at least a little bit gross. Especially in public bathrooms and oh! Don't get me started on those stalls without a sanitary dispense thing. Any tips on how to be smoother and cleaner with changing a bloody tampon in a public restroom.. of just in general?
