Hi everyone! I'm 28 years old and have been an athlete my entire life. I have always been in great shape, very slim and toned, but recently I gained a lot of weight. I was 5 months pregnant when I miscarried 😔 I had gained some baby weight but after I suffered from depression and ate my feelings and gained even more weight. I'm struggling now to change my diet and my exercise routine. Nothing seems to be helping. I can't find that fire in me to push myself. I am getting married in 3 months and hate the way my body looks right now. Has anyone else gone through this ? Please, any advice is helpful!
