Headaches?

When I bend down, or bend over my head starts to throb, it can be unbearable, after a couple of seconds I'm okay but it really throws me back. I've had this before like when I've had a sickness bug ect but I'm absolutely fine, anyone know what type of headache this is or what causes it?

When you bend down, you are causing pressure in your head and the blood flow increases really fast. It causes headaches. I have this sometimes. I have found that when I need to bend down, don't go head first. Bend your knees and squat down. When you stand back up, slowly stand up. Don't jump up because it can cause more headaches and dizziness.

Your sinuses might be swollen (allergy or sickness ) , so that when you bend over there is more pressure on the pressure already there and that pushed on the nerves causing pain
