Opinions on Mailing/In person invites for wedding?

Let me explain.
I am very busy and working on a budget.
The majority of the guests on my list I will see within the next 30 days and would like to hand them their invite rather than mailing it.
Those I wont see within 30 days I will mail it.

This saves on money for stamps and time writing addresses.

My date is Sept 23rd and almost everyone already knows the date. (I didnt do save the date just verbal.)

If you're going to be seeing them anyways I don't see an issue with just giving them their invite

I hand delivered immediate family their invites. Everyone else was mailed.

I did this as well. Nobody cared they were just happy they got invited, and all understood that I am on a budget. Mine is just a few days after yours. Also Congratulations :)

Or just mail it to does who don't know cuz literally  it's a waste of money and time to have a toon of invitations cuz given to those who already know and possibly all of those people are going to trow them away as soon as the wedding is over.

I think it depends on how well you know them. Close family and friends, I think can just be handed their invitations.. not sure about everyone else.

I think it's a good idea to mail whoever is far away and just hand deliver whoever is close. I mean at the end of the day, it's your choice. What are they going to say no I won't accept it unless it's in the mail!?!?.

If it's saving you time and money I say go for it!
