I was too excited to keep it from hubbs to plan a cute announcement, so I just told him as soon as I found out. But this is how I told my family. We did our older son's 3 year old pictures and snuck this pic in the back.
For my hubs side if the family we made shirts for his parents that said "Grandma/grandpa of 22" since new baby is Grandbaby #22. We gave it to them on mother's day and they wore it as family visited.
