any cosmetologists out there?!? HELP!

I have dyed my hair a few times with dark box dye. I decided I wanted to go platinum blonde, so I went to a professional. After 5 bleaches, my hair is STILL orange, and the color just won't come out!!

You need to use a toner to get rid of the brassiness

Its hard to go dark to light especially with box dyes. Because of the metallic dye that's in it. Your more at risk of melting your hair off with the bleach. Cause once bleach mixed with metallic dye could cause melting or frying or both of your hair.

I was going to say just don't do it or get highlights but since you already are orange. Your going to need a toner at your hair level. Even if it isn't as light as you want it. Box dye does a lot of damage and so does bleach so be careful. 😊
