I trust my boyfriend but sometimes I'm really insecure and feel like I'm not really interesting enough so I worry about him meeting someone and becoming more interested in them. I know he would never cheat on me though.

It's not that I don't trust him it's just that I know he wouldn't cheat but how am I supposed to know that for sure? Maybe it's my insecurities because I don't feel like I'm enough for him even though he gets turned on by me. I'm 33w pregnant and he loves my stretch marks and all. I know he wouldn't cheat but I don't think he loves me because I don't love myself
