Need advise?

So I'm 12 weeks 4 days and for the past few days I have been getting sharp pains in my bladder and I know you urinate more often pregnant, but I'm constantly needing to pass urine. I can barely stand straight because my bladder feels like it has a lot of pressure pushing down on it and I get stabbing/sharp pains. I constantly feel as though my bladder is full 😣 please someone give me advise?
